• All transactions are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise specified.
• Transactions are processed by our chosen payment provider, DPS. We do not have access to your credit card number at any point in the process.
• Simplicity only delivers within New Zealand.
• Shipping costs are calculated by weight, and are added to the total during the checkout process.
• We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
• Shipping will generally take 1-3 working days from when we ship the order. South Island deliveries and rural delivery orders may take longer.
• Refunds are done at the discretion of management only.
• Any returned products must be unopened and in resaleable condition.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded if products are returned, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• We use Google Analytics to anonymously track usage of this website.
